About Our Founder
Dr. Hala Koudsi, a fellowship-trained cosmetic dermatologist, studied internal medicine at USC before completing her residency at UCLA. Dr. Hala Koudsi is a dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon with over 30 years of experience in the medical aesthetic field.
Coming from a line of physicians, her journey in medicine is a DNA imprint further fueled by her passion for artistic expression and her deep appreciation for beauty. She heralds her grandfather, an ophthalmologist, and her father, a forensic pathologist, as her role models, further cementing her path in the medical profession. She loves combining the art and science of the skin to help people achieve a glowing and youthful radiance.
Following the demand for cosmetic and surgical dermatology treatments for various skin diseases, she founded her solo practice in 1985, which has blossomed into a full-on comprehensive dermatology facility. Through her Los Angeles dermatology practice, while working alongside other doctoral teams, she’s been actively involved in thousands of skin cancer surgeries. Over the years, she has also actively participated in tons of skin-related scientific research and has particularly been a part of numerous drug trials.
Hence, she has acquired several decades of extensive experience in cosmetic treatments, laser technologies, and surgical procedures, especially in the treatment of skin cancer, stretch marks, rosacea, varicose veins, acne scarring, wrinkles, hair restoration, and hair removal, permanent fat reduction, and muscle sculpting and building. Additionally, she provides diverse rejuvenation procedures such as chemical peels, microneedling, dermal fillers, neuromodulators (Botox), and skin resurfacing.
Dr. Hala Koudsi runs a busy full-on dermatology practice in Torrance, Los Angeles. As a people person, she loves actively helping others find solutions to their skin and beauty problems.
